UTAH CONSTRUCTION & JOB SITE INTERNET

Remote job sites don't come with a fiber line. We bring the internet to you.

Mountain developments like Promontory, along with other remote Utah build sites, often sit well outside reliable cell coverage — and permanent utilities are usually the last thing installed. Rent a Starlink for your job trailer or site office and stay connected for permits, plans, video calls, and daily coordination from day one.

The Problem

Why remote job sites need a backup connection

Mountain developments like Promontory

Remote master-planned communities up in the Wasatch and surrounding ranges often break ground well before cell towers or wired internet infrastructure catch up — leaving crews with little to no signal on site.

Job trailer & site office connectivity

Submitting RFIs, pulling up plans, video calls with architects or clients, and daily coordination all need a real connection at the trailer — not a single bar of hotspot signal.

Multiple crews & subcontractors

A single Starlink covers the whole site with unlimited data, so GCs, subs, and inspectors can all get online without fighting over one person's phone hotspot.

Security cameras & remote monitoring

Jobsite cameras and remote monitoring systems increasingly need an internet uplink long before permanent power and utilities are run — a Starlink can cover that gap.

Which Kit

Pick based on your site setup

Best for job trailers & site offices

Starlink Standard Gen 4

  • Strongest signal reach — built for a stationary trailer or site office

  • Add the battery pack for fully off-grid setups
$25/day · $150/wk
Common Questions

Planning your job site rental

Can we rent one for the length of a multi-month project?

Yes — our weekly rate is $150 for 7 days, and for longer job timelines we're happy to work out an extended-rental rate. Just reach out with your expected project length and we'll figure out what makes sense.

Does it work before permanent power is run to the site?

The Mini runs off vehicle power or the optional battery pack, so it works from day one, even before any utilities are in. The Standard needs a 110V source, which a generator handles easily once you've got one on site.

Will it work in wooded or steep mountain terrain, like at Promontory?

Starlink needs a reasonably open view of the sky, so dense tree canopy can be a factor before a lot is cleared. Once site work begins clearing the building envelope, most job sites end up with enough open sky for a strong connection.

Can multiple trailers or crews share one connection?

Yes — both kits broadcast Wi-Fi with unlimited data, so your whole site team can get online from a single setup rather than everyone relying on personal hotspots.

Do you deliver directly to the job site?

Pickup and return are based in Salt Lake City, with delivery available for an additional charge — useful for sites further out where a team member swinging by SLC isn't practical.
